Vitamins ADEK are a combination of four substances: natural beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina algae (pro-vitamin A), stable and bioavailable form of vitamin D3 naturally derived from lanolin (Quali®-D), natural and most absorbable form of vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), and highly absorbable vitamin K2 (K2VITAL®MK7). OSAVI's ADEK vitamins come in easy-to-swallow soft capsules filled with MCT oil obtained only from oil produced from the fruit of the coconut palm tree (Cocos nucifera). In the recommended daily dose (1 capsule), which we recommend taking with or directly after a meal, there are 800 μg of vitamin A, 12 mg of vitamin E, 75 μg of vitamin K (100% RWS), and 1000 IU = 25 μg of vitamin D3 (500% RWS).

MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), thickener: beeswax, vitamin A (beta-carotene), emulsifier: lecithins (from sunflower), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. People taking anticoagulant medications should seek medical advice before taking supplements containing vitamin K. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. The presence of ingredients of natural origin may cause slight variations in the colour of the capsules.
